The space

This beautiful three level West Coast home is well-appointed featuring 5 bedrooms, 6 queen beds and five bathrooms all with luxurious décor and comfort in mind. Guests will enjoy three living and dining areas, and 3 fully equipped kitchens with quartz counters, brand new stainless appliances, three in suite washers/dryers, smart TVs, and complimentary WIFI. There is ample parking on the property for your vehicle.

This home was decorated with finishing touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable! Experience breathtaking views of nature and tranquility while relaxing on the glass-wrapped patios soaking in the picturesque sunrises and sunsets. This home was created with rejuvenation, relaxation, and enjoyment in mind we welcome you to our East Sooke Oasis!

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house featuring three glass-wrapped patios. Guests may explore all the property has to offer, while taking in the fresh crisp air, sounds of the ocean waves, and indulging in the full West Coast experience.

There is ample parking on the property for your vehicles.

Other things to note

We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 30.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.

Please note there are exterior security cameras outside these are only used to deter break-ins, or vandalism to the home.

Although the property is in a rural area, please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We host families, couples, and visitors from around the world. We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quite area, and we wish to host guests who are low key and respectful of our house rules and neighbors. If you are looking to party then sadly we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.

The house is a thirty minute drive from Langford, forty minutes to Victoria and a twenty minute drive to downtown Sooke. One extra queen bed is in the living room.
